Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Consultant Projects 

This project involves reviewing the current state of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a plan to address these gaps. 

This project involves developing and implementing strategies to attract a more diverse pool of candidates for open positions within the organization. This could include partnering with community organizations, revising job descriptions to be more inclusive, or improving the diversity of the interview panel. 

This project involves creating a comprehensive training program for all employees that focus on increasing awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and providing skill building opportunities to support a more inclusive workplace. 

This project involves reviewing the organization's compensation practices, identifying any disparities based on gender, race, or other protected characteristics. Based on the results of the analysis, the organization can develop a plan to address any inequities.

ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that bring together individuals who share common interests or backgrounds. This project involves launching one or more ERGs to support employees sense of belonging and to provide opportunities for networking, mentoring, and professional development. 

This project involves reviewing the organization's policies and practices to identify areas where they may be unintentionally excluding or disadvantaging certain groups of employees. This could include revising dress codes, accommodating religious holidays, or providing more flexible work arrangements.
