DEIB Certification Trainings 

Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) certification trainings are designed to provide organizations with the knowledge, skills, and tools to create and maintain a more diverse equitable, and inclusive workplace. The goal of our program is to help organizations understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and to develop the skills necessary to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees.

This certificate program is focused on providing tools and strategies for achieving both short term and long-term success in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as well as organizational leadership. This program emphasizes practical implementation rather than just theoretical concepts. Understanding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

Our "Understanding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging" training is a comprehensive program divided into two parts. The first, a three-hour session, focuses on core concepts such as recognizing and examining different racial and ethnic groups, understanding gender and sexual orientation, exploring various religions and belief systems, and comprehending different abilities and disabilities. The second part, also spanning three hours, shifts towards practical strategies and actions. Participants develop cultural competence, enhance cross-cultural communication, and explore creating an inclusive workplace. The session addresses systemic inequities, privilege, and power, concluding with actionable steps and personalized plans for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. This training empowers participants to actively contribute to building inclusive and equitable organizational cultures.

Certification Requirements:

  • Attendees are required to attend all sessions of the training program.
  • Active participation in discussions, activities, and group exercises 

  • Complete assessments, quizzes, or reflective exercises to reinforce learning and gauge comprehension of key concepts.​

  • Participants will need to develop and submit personalized plans outlining how they intend to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within their specific roles or departments.

In this course, participants will delve into the intricacies of implicit bias, exploring its impact on decision-making alongside the neuroscience that underpins it.   • Successful completion of a comprehensive final assessment covering key concepts from all modules. This assessment may include multiple-choice questions, case studies, or practical scenarios to evaluate the participant's understanding of the course material.
