  • The first thing I plan to do is take some time and think critically about how our office environment is structured. Are all voices being heard? Are there micro-aggressions taking place, but going unaddressed? Have we created an environment where everyone feels comfortable discussing difficult topics without the fear of getting in trouble or being alienated? These are some of the questions I want to reflect on.
